PCN National Dialogue 2027–2030
Proposals for the
Black Brazilian Population
2027–2030
On October 26, 2026, Projeto Causa Negra (PCN) sent a letter to President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva requesting an audience with representatives of Black movements, collectives and organizations to discuss proposals for the Black Brazilian population for the period 2027 to 2030.
The Ministry of Racial Equality confirmed receipt of the correspondence and informed that the request for an audience was forwarded to the Presidency of the Republic for review and consideration.
The audience has not yet been confirmed.
PCN now opens this space to receive contributions from individuals, movements, collectives and organizations across Brazil.
The letter presents 13 thematic areas that will serve as an initial reference, without preventing the submission of proposals on other subjects.
Contributions will be organized and may support the preparation of a synthesis document for collective discussion and possible presentation to the Presidency of the Republic.
PCN is responsible for the initiative and its initial coordination, without claiming exclusive representation of the Black population.
